The reason for this is that we value our customers highly and want to do everything possible to make them happy with their shopping experience with us. Our customer service team is on line every weekday from 10:00am to 9:00pm, and we aim to have every inquiry answered within the day. However, sometimes delays are possible due to the large number of customers we serve. However, we aim to respond to every email within three days. If you still haven't heard from us, check your spam folder or call us during the hours indicated. We'd be happy to help!

At the moment, Bunny.bg delivers only to customers located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to other countries at this stage.
Orders made from our online store can be paid for by Postal Money Transfer (a type of cash on delivery) when the parcel is received by the courier. In case you have decided to pay via PPP, the courier will issue you a receipt for your purchase.
All products marked "In Stock" are available in stock and ready to be shipped within the day (if it's a weekday and the order is placed before 6:30 p.m.).
Every single item can be ordered easily and conveniently through our online store.Add all the items you want to your cart by clicking the "Add" button. For products that have several variations, you need to select the appropriate color or size before adding to the cart. Accordingly, you have the opportunity to choose the number of products you wish to order. The number can also be changed later from the cart.Once you have added all the desired products to the cart, you can press the icon in the upper right corner and select "View Cart" to review what you have added to it and make final changes, or the "To Checkout" button to proceed to the page to complete your order.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed instantly via email.

Delivery time is between 1 and 3 days, depending on Econt's delivery schedule. In general, shipments arrive within 24 hours in larger cities. For smaller settlements, there may be a delay of up to about 3 days. We ship on the same day if it's a weekday and we've received the order before 6:30pm, with orders placed on bank holidays being shipped the next working day.
If you would like to take advantage of even greater discretion and wish to collect your shipment from an Econt machine, please let us know in the additional information box at the bottom of the order completion page.
